Selected salads, herbs and vegetables grown using nutrients generated within the recirculating aquaponic system.
Freeze-Dried Produce
Strawberries, mushrooms and suitable surplus produce can be freeze-dried to create longer-life, higher-value products while helping reduce crop waste.
Premium Rainbow Trout Pet Treats
Rainbow trout raised within the aquaponic system are intended solely for processing into premium freeze-dried pet treats, subject to required regulatory approvals. The trout are not intended for human consumption.
